Mario Achkar

Mario Achkar is a skilled Senior Digital Design Engineer with extensive experience in digital design and implementation. Currently serving at Arm since March 2024, Achkar previously held a position as Staff Digital Design Engineer at Nordic Semiconductor, where significant contributions included the implementation of a Machine-Learning subsystem for embedded devices and complex SoC top-level work. Prior to this, at Ubilite, Achkar led a team in developing low-power WIFI solutions for IoT and designed a RISCV processor and peripherals. Achkar's earlier roles included senior positions at Adeptence, LLC, and Tensorcom Inc., focusing on 802.11b TRX PHY and WiGig FE receivers. Achkar holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer and Communication Engineering from the American University of Beirut.
