Jon Runyan

Jon Runyan is a seasoned legal professional and entrepreneur with extensive experience in corporate law and start-up advisory. Currently serving as Co-Founder and COO at Armada since March 2023, Runyan previously held the position of General Counsel at Okta, Inc. from January 2015 to March 2023. Additionally, as Partner and Co-Founder of The Operator Network from June 2019 to December 2022, Runyan contributed to the startup ecosystem. Prior roles include Partner at Goodwin Procter LLP and Senior Associate at Gunderson Dettmer, focusing on venture capital and start-up law. Runyan's expertise encompasses company formation, corporate governance, M&A, private equity, IPOs, and technology transactions across various sectors, including cloud computing and big data analytics.
