Prior to this, Lucy held the position of Data Strategy Lead at Zone from August 2021 to December 2022, where responsibilities included managing a high-demand team focused on data analytics for various clients, leading a national sporting body's migration to Google Analytics 4, and delivering impactful dashboards for major brands. With a robust background at BT from September 2015 to August 2021 across several roles, Lucy advanced digital marketing effectiveness and transformation initiatives while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Education includes a Diploma in Professional Marketing from CIM and a Bachelor's Degree in History from Durham University.
