Malkhasyan has extensive experience in documenting client requirements, user story creation, and agile project management, while also leading team development processes and presenting company products. Prior to this role, Malkhasyan served as a Business Consultant at Apricot Software, where responsibilities included ensuring compliance of accounting software with Georgian legislation and integrating SME software with online banking systems, along with managing marketing campaigns and recruitment. Malkhasyan's career began as a Financial Analyst/Accountant at Three Directions CJSC, where skills in budget preparation, financial analysis, and statutory reporting were developed. Malkhasyan holds a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Armenian State University of Economics.
