Armoda was established after RedGuard acquired Civeo Offshore and blended it with their offshore-focused company, Specialist Services RedGuard.

Armoda engineers and designs modules and structures that are approved for installation on land applications as well as offshore platforms, vessels,  and barges. This includes assets such as a fleet of certified workforce accommodations, offices, workshops, labs, and technical buildings. The diverse fleet is certified for offshore regulations to allow quick deployment for lease opportunities.

The company also has in-house design and fabrication services for custom solutions. With a dedicated service team, Armoda provides after-sales support, installation, maintenance, repairs, replacement parts, and full refurbishment services for customer’s assets.
