Karthik Swarnam

Karthik Swarnam currently serves as the Chief Security and Trust Officer at ArmorCode Inc. since December 2023. Prior to this role, Karthik was the Chief Information Security Officer at Kroger from May 2022 to August 2023, where responsibilities included leading cybersecurity initiatives and enhancing cyber risk management. Karthik also held the position of Vice President of Information Security at AT&T from April 2016 to May 2022, focusing on data protection and pioneering security solutions. Additionally, Karthik served as the Chief Information Security Officer at DIRECTV, where the establishment of a cybersecurity program significantly transformed the media business. Earlier experience includes roles at TransUnion, Accenture, and EDS, with extensive international exposure in information security and risk management. Karthik holds degrees from Harvard University, Wayne State University, and Annamalai University.
