Gaby Guzman is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as the Director of People & Talent at ARMRA®, a health and wellness CPG company, since May 2024. Gaby's previous roles include Sr. Manager of People and Talent Acquisition Manager at Frida, where strategic hiring efforts contributed to business growth, as well as a Recruiter at ExtendMyTeam and YETI, overseeing recruitment across various industries. Gaby began the career in recruitment at Addison Group and gained leadership experience as Head Coach at The Post Oak School.
