Alberto Macias is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in reliability and production engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Reliability Engineer at Baker Hughes since January 2017, Alberto specializes in maintenance strategy development, root cause analysis, and life cycle cost calculations. Previously, Alberto worked as a Production Engineer at Exothermix, optimizing production processes, and as a Control/Process Engineer at Global Alternative Fuels, significantly increasing biodiesel production. Early career roles include PLC Programmer at American Eagle Brick and Undergraduate Research Assistant at Purdue University, where Alberto contributed to innovative material development. Alberto holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at El Paso.
