ARMS Reliability
Harold Tecson is a seasoned reliability engineer with extensive experience in the oil, gas, and petrochemical industries. Currently serving as a Senior Reliability Engineer at both Baker Hughes and ARMS Reliability since December 2022, Harold has previously held key positions, including Reliability Manager at Programmed, and Reliability and Planning/Scheduling Engineer at Sunshine Sugar. Prior roles include Reliability Engineer at JG Summit Petrochemical Corporation, Facility Maintenance and Reliability Coordinator, Oil and Gas Terminal Manager, and Supervisor at Petron Corporation, as well as Resident Engineer at SM Prime Holdings, Inc. Harold holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Central Philippine University and has pursued additional certifications in reliability engineering, project management, and systems engineering.
