Katie (Strautman) Whaley is a seasoned reliability engineer with extensive experience in the machinery and maintenance sectors. Currently employed at ARMS Reliability since November 2017, Katie's prior roles include significant engineering positions at Chevron from April 2013 to May 2017, where responsibilities encompassed troubleshooting machinery failures and providing operational support. Before Chevron, Katie spent over a decade at LyondellBasell, advancing through various engineering roles, including leadership in significant equipment overhauls and turnaround projects across multiple locations. Katie holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University, obtained in 2001.
