Matthew Hayward is a skilled engineer with significant experience in project management and reliability engineering. Currently serving as a Project and Asset Engineer at Iberdrola Australia since July 2021, Matthew focuses on enhancing asset management practices in line with ISO 55001 while supporting renewable energy initiatives. Previously, as a Reliability Engineer Team Leader at ARMS Reliability, responsibilities included overseeing reliability-centered maintenance, consulting, and data analysis across various industries such as mining and power generation. Experience at Energy Developments involved technical projects in renewable and LNG sectors, along with developing asset management plans and implementing CMMS processes. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from The University of Queensland, completed in 2013.
