Libby Chen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Libby began their career in 1982 as an R&D Manager at Penpu Machinery Plant, where they developed major products and implemented manufacturing systems. From 1989 to 1993, they worked as a Production Manager at Johnson & Johnson (China) LTD. In 1993, they joined DUMEX (CHINA) LTD as a Production Manager, where they played a key role in building a world-class infant formula manufacturing plant. In 1996, they became a General Manager at Worthington Armstrong Venture, responsible for formulating business strategies and managing day-to-day operations. Subsequently, they served as the General Manager of Australia and New Zealand, and Vice President for Asia Pacific at the same company. Throughout their career, Libby Chen has demonstrated strong leadership, business development expertise, and a track record of achieving business goals.

Libby Chen obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tongji University between 1978 and 1982.
