Jason Sutton has extensive work experience in various roles within the sales and marketing industry. Jason started their career at GE Capital in 1994, working as a Regional Manager until 2005. Following this, they joined All Weather Windows as a Strategic Business Development executive from 2005 to 2013. In 2013, they became the Sales Manager at Jayman until 2014, when they transitioned to Landmark Group of Companies Inc. as the Director of Sales and Marketing. In 2015, they took on the role of Sales Director Western Canada at Armtec. Additionally, from 2012 to 2015, they were actively involved in the Canadian Home Builders' Association - Edmonton Region, serving as both the President and a member of the Board of Directors.

Jason Sutton attended the University of Alberta from 1987 to 1991, where they studied Health and Physical Education/Fitness. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Finance, General at NAIT (Northern Alberta Institute of Technology) from 1991 to 1992.
