Prior experience includes a position as an attorney at Kellogg, Hansen, Todd, Figel & Frederick, PLLC from 2012 to 2015, and serving as a judicial law clerk at the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada from 2008 to 2010. Brian holds a law degree from BYU Law School and a degree in accounting from the Brigham Young University Marriott School of Business.
