Daphne Oconnor

Daphne OConnor serves as the Head of the Washington DC Office and Co-Chair of the Product Liability Practice Group at Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP, a position held since June 2015. Daphne OConnor earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Colorado Boulder in May 1994 and a Bachelor's degree in English from Duke University in May 1989.
