Evan M. Rothstein

Evan M. Rothstein is a distinguished legal professional currently serving as a Partner and Co-chair of the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications Group at Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP since March 2018. With a robust background in intellectual property law, Evan has successfully led teams to notable jury verdicts and significant court victories. Prior to this role, Evan was the founding Partner and Chair of the Intellectual Property Department at Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, where a significant growth in the practice was achieved. Additionally, after a decade at Dorsey & Whitney LLP managing complex commercial and intellectual property litigation, Evan began a legal career as a research clerk at the University of Colorado at Boulder. Evan’s academic credentials include a J.D. from the University of Colorado and a B.A. in Economics from Emory University, complemented by executive education from Harvard Law School.
