Lisa Alcorn

Lisa Alcorn, CPA, currently serves as the Sr. Manager of Partner Compensation and Tax at Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP, a position held since March 2014. Alcorn played a key role in the multimillion-dollar merger of global law firms, focusing on merger document review, complex capital calculations, and the integration of tax and payroll processes. Leading a team that supports over 250 partners, Alcorn manages tax preparation for multiple countries, including the US, UK, Germany, and China, while providing international taxation guidance. Prior experience includes roles as Tax Director at PwC, where tax consulting and compliance services were provided for various companies, and earlier positions at Padgett, Stratemann & Co., LLP and McGladrey, focusing on tax return preparation and audit functions. Alcorn holds a Master of Science in Taxation from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas A&M University.
