Theodore Frank

Theodore Frank is a Senior Counsel at Arnold & Porter LLP, a position held since 1997, focusing primarily on telecommunications law while increasingly engaging in pro bono work, including advocacy for health care legislation. Frank has a comprehensive background in telecommunications, defamation, invasion of privacy, broadcasting, and legal ethics, having previously served as a Partner at Arent Fox from January 1976 to May 1997. An alumnus of Harvard Law School, Theodore Frank holds an LLM in Law, and an LLB from The University of Texas School of Law, complemented by a B.S. in Mathematics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
