Alan McBay is an experienced E & I Manager currently at ARO Drilling since January 2019, with a background in electrical engineering project roles across various companies in the offshore drilling industry. Prior to ARO Drilling, Alan held positions as an Electrical Project Engineer at Transocean and as an E & I Supervisor at Northern Offshore Ltd, where responsibilities included managing projects such as the Development Driller I Reactivation Project and overseeing new build jack-up rigs. Alan's extensive experience at Transocean spans multiple electrical engineering roles and project management positions, where key projects involved significant upgrades and repairs of drilling units across various locations. Alan's educational background includes studies at Lauder Technical College.
