Colin Copland is currently the Head of Field Engineering - North at ARO Technology. Prior to this role, Colin served as the Technical Lead at Arrow Business Communications and the Technical Director at Abica Ltd. As Technical Director at Abica, Colin led all technical aspects of the company's telecoms offering and product delivery, focusing on profitability and customer experience. Colin also has experience as a Product Manager, managing products pre and post-sale and working closely with all departments to deliver successful solutions. Before transitioning into these roles, Colin worked as an IT Consultant at Access Business Communications and as a Sales Assistant at Freedom Mobiles Ltd. Colin holds a BSc in Computer Networking and Computing from Glasgow Caledonian University and an HND in Computer Networking and Computing from Stow College.
