Scott Miller is an experienced technical support professional with a strong background in troubleshooting and software issue resolution. Currently serving as a 2nd Line Technical Support Engineer at ARO Technology since July 2021, Scott previously worked as a Support Analyst at Keyloop, where responsibilities included managing software-related issues and mentoring team members. Prior roles also encompassed positions at Cognizant as a Senior System Engineer, Tech Mahindra and Hutchison 3G as a 3Store Support Advisor, and earlier experience as a Service Desk Analyst at SAIC Limited\Wipro Technologies. Scott holds a BSc in Computing from the University of the West of Scotland and an HND in Software Development from Stow College.
