Rosina Mazumder

Rosina Mazumder has extensive professional experience across diverse sectors, beginning her career in 2002 at Ernst & Young in Audit. She then specialized in internal controls and financial services compliance. Between 2008 and 2013, Rosina held multiple key roles at Lloyds Banking Group and ROyal Bank of Scotland, including Manager of Compliance (Conduct Risk) and Audit Manager, focusing on regulatory compliance.

In 2013, Rosina transitioned to entrepreneurship, founding Cake Masters Magazine and launching the renowned Cake Masters Magazine Awards, hosting events across the UK, India, and the USA. Under her leadership as Editor & Founder, Cake Masters Magazine became the largest global monthly publication dedicated to cake decorating.

In addition to her entrepreneurial achievements, Rosina was invited in 2016 to join the Facebook SMB Council (now the Meta Leaders Network). She actively participated as a speaker and panelist for Facebook and Instagram. She was proud to launch the #SheMeansBusiness campaign for Facebook spearheaded by Sheryl Sandberg.

Since 2020, Rosina has served as the CEO and Co-Founder of Arogga, Bangladesh’s leading digital healthtech company.

Rosina also has a strong academic background, earning a Diploma in Regulation and Compliance from The Securities and Investment Institute in 2010. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Economics from Royal Holloway, University of London (2001–2004), and completed her A Levels in Mathematics, Economics and Business, and Computer Science. Further strengthening her expertise, Rosina earned an edX Verified Certificate in Entrepreneurship in Emerging Economies from HarvardX in October 2020.
