Erica Michetti currently serves as a Sr. Human Resources Specialist in Planning & Design at Arora Engineers, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this role, Erica was with HumanGood from September 2019 to August 2023, where contributions included serving as Human Resources Manager as well as progressing through roles as Human Resources Coordinator and Human Resources Assistant. Erica holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Taylor University, earned in 2019.
