Georgia Jacobs has over two decades of experience in Human Resources and organizational consulting. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Arora Engineers, Inc. since 2009, Georgia has played a pivotal role in shaping HR strategies. Previously, Georgia worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Palmetto Management and Engineering from 2003 to 2009, and prior to that, contributed to organizational consulting at The Great Place to Work Institute from 2002 to 2003.
