Ioannis Galatas

Ioannis Galatas is an accomplished civil engineer with extensive experience in the construction and engineering sectors. Currently serving as Chief Engineer at Aroundtown since July 2023, Ioannis previously held the same title at WHeurope from January 2020 to July 2023. Prior roles include Project Manager at K. Athienitis Contractors Developers Public Ltd from December 2017 to December 2019 and Construction Manager/Sr. Civil Engineer at SALFO & ASSOCIATES SA. from February 2015 to November 2017. Additional experience encompasses various positions, including Project Manager and Freelance Engineer, focusing on small-scale construction management, building permits, property valuations, and surveys. Ioannis began a career in the construction field as a Site Manager at ERGAS ATE and as a Construction Engineer at J&P-AVAX S.A. following graduation with a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens in 1998.
