Jacqui Cumming

Jacqui Cumming is a seasoned professional in clinical development and operations, currently serving as Senior Director of Clinical Development at Arovella Therapeutics since April 2025. Prior to this role, Jacqui was the Director of the Centre for Biostatistics and Clinical Trials at Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre from 2022 to 2025, managing a team of 32 and overseeing a portfolio of 40-50 investigator-initiated trials. From 2019 to 2021, Jacqui held the position of General Manager at Akesa, where responsibilities included managing operations and customer relationships. Jacqui's earlier experience includes serving as Regional Head of Clinical Operations for CSL in the Asia Pacific region from 2013 to 2019, where oversight included large clinical operations in cardiovascular, haemophilia, and rare diseases. Initial roles included being a Senior Clinical Research Associate at ReSearch Pharmaceutical Services. Jacqui holds an MBA from Melbourne Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science from Deakin University.
