Hadar Sapir has been working in the corporate world since 2005. Hadar began their career as a Call Center Supervisor at Pelephone. In 2009, they moved to Mizrahi-Tefahot Bank as a Call Center Shift Manager, where they were responsible for negotiating due fees payment programs worth 1.5 mil NIS a month. In 2011, they were appointed as the Head of Customer Relations at Gertler Davidov Communication, where they were responsible for producing service strategy plans, training and managing a team of 10 client relations officers, and streamlining customer-related processes in the company. In 2013, they joined StoreNext as a Marketing Data Analyst, where they conducted data and market analysis of the Israeli Retail Industry, created complex models for real-time sales tracking, and worked with executive clients to generate insight into market trends and competitive environment. In 2015, they moved to Kimberly-Clark Israel as a Shopper Marketing Manager. In 2018, they were appointed as the Category Development Manager at Osem Nestle. Currently, they are the Head of Product at Arpalus.
Hadar Sapir received a Bachelor's degree in Business and International Relations from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem between 2008 and 2011.
