Ehab Farag has extensive experience in the IT sector, currently serving as MIS Director at ARPU+, an A15 subsidiary, since November 2004, where previous roles included MIS Senior Manager and Technical Operations Support Manager. Prior to ARPU+, Ehab held the position of IT Manager at AAGSB, the first Graduate School of Business in the region, from December 2002 to November 2004. Ehab's career began at Pacc, a leading IT solutions provider in Egypt, as Technical Support Manager and Engineer from December 1994 to December 2002, and included a role as Technical Support Engineer at Pyramids Computer Center from February 1993 to December 1994. Ehab holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Cairo University and has furthered professional qualifications through certifications, including Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP). Additionally, a Project Management Diploma was obtained from the Regional IT Institute in 2012.
