Shady Aziz, MBA, serves as the Business Unit Head for Cloud Communication and Carrier Services at ARPU Telecommunication Services (ArpuPlus) since February 2018, overseeing solutions that assist mobile operators and enterprises in advertising. Previous roles at ArpuPlus include Head of Content and Mobile Advertising and A2P Account Manager, where responsibilities included managing relationships with customers, partners, and SMS aggregators, along with handling A2P SMS route negotiation. Prior to ArpuPlus, Shady spent over 13 years at Orange Egypt in various roles, including VAS Operations Manager, where management of a team of engineers and oversight of VAS network modifications were key responsibilities. Shady holds an MBA in Marketing from Maastricht School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Cairo University.
