Fermin also contributed to establishing the US subsidiary of a multinational Aerospace & Defense organization and successfully scaled business operations internationally, achieving significant revenue growth. Earlier career experiences include roles in quality assurance and manufacturing management across various companies, underpinned by a strong educational background in Chemistry and Business Management from prestigious institutions.
