Kelly Shea (she/her/hers)

Kelly Shea has over 12 years of experience in Human Resources. Kelly began their career in 2009 as an HR Coordinator for PRO Unlimited onsite at Goldman Sachs. In 2010, they transitioned to Morgan Stanley as an HR Generalist. From 2011 to 2019, they worked at Russell Tobin in various roles, including Senior Director, Director, and Manager. In 2019, Shea moved to Meta as a Senior Recruiting Manager, R4R and HR. Shea is currently employed at Array as Vice President Talent Acquisition since 2022, and also serves as a Member at Chief since the same year.

Kelly Shea is currently enrolled in an Executive MBA program at Quantic School of Business and Technology, which they are expected to complete in 2022. Kelly previously obtained a B.A in Psychology from Siena College.
