Huang Lee, Ph.D. is the Founder and Managing Partner of Astra Partners, established in 2025, where a strong focus is placed on investing in and advising innovative companies across various industries, particularly in AI and automation. As a Co-Founder of a currently stealth-mode enterprise, Huang Lee previously served as a Founding Member and Managing Partner at Taiwania Capital from 2017 to March 2025, where pivotal contributions were made in establishing the firm’s Silicon Valley office and leading investments in advanced technology sectors. Additional roles include Board Member positions at multiple companies such as Tron Future Tech, Path Robotics, Opsera, Canner, Mammoth Cybersecurity, and Arris Composites, alongside being a Board Observer at LANDING AI. Educational credentials include a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from National Taiwan University in Electrical Engineering and Communication Engineering, respectively.
