Darren Thomas-Frederick

Darren Thomas-Frederick currently serves as the UK Chair of the Global Arriva Inclusion Network focusing on Race & Ethnicity since January 2022, alongside holding the position of Head of Concessions & Pricing for Arriva Bus (UK) since August 2017. In this role, Darren develops strategies to maximize concessionary revenues and influences key stakeholders, including the Department for Transport. Previous experience includes positions as Finance Business Partner and Regional Financial Controller at First Group, where responsibilities encompassed management reporting and financial support. Additional roles include Company Financial Controller at Centrebus Group and Area Finance Manager at Network Rail. Darren holds a BA Hons in Economics from the University of Westminster.
