Ibrahim Demirdag is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer care and technical support. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Care DACH at EasyPark Group since June 2018, Ibrahim manages customer support operations across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, focusing on quality assurance and process management. Prior to this role, Ibrahim worked at Apple EMEA Headquarters from January 2012 to May 2018, where responsibilities included overseeing account security for iTunes Store, managing complaint resolutions, and engaging directly with executive leadership on legal matters. Earlier experience includes roles at Red Hat from August 2007 to January 2012, where Ibrahim coordinated partner sales and customer service operations across the EMEA region, in addition to initial experience as a Technical Support Specialist at Apple Computer from January 2006 to August 2007.
