Rick Seidlitz

Rick Seidlitz is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Since August 2015, Rick has served at Arrow Electronics in multiple capacities, including Vice President of Finance, Vice President of Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer, and Vice President of Corporate Controller. Prior to Arrow Electronics, Rick held the position of Vice President of Accounting Policies and SOX Compliance at First Data Corporation from May 2005 to May 2014. Rick began a career in accounting at PricewaterhouseCoopers, advancing to the role of Audit Manager from 1999 to 2005. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, completed in 1999.
