Ion Soltoian

Ion Soltoian is an accomplished finance professional with a robust background in capital markets and legal expertise. Currently serving as Director of Capital Markets at Arrow Global Group since January 2022, Ion has held various roles within the organization, including VP of Capital Markets and Fund Financing Associate. Previous experience includes a position as Transaction Manager and VP at BNY Mellon, as well as roles as a Structuring Analyst at Symbiotics and Issues Assistant at the Financial Markets Law Committee. Ion began a legal career as an Associate Lawyer at DLA Piper Dinu and RTPR Allen & Overy, following internships that provided foundational experience. Ion holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from Babes-Bolyai University, earned between 2008 and 2012.
