Collin Hagen

Collin Hagen is an experienced scientist with a robust background in formulation chemistry and safety management. Currently serving as a Scientist II and Safety Manager at Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since April 2009, Collin has contributed to the successful advancement of drug products into Phase II dosing through expertise in formulation, physical characterization, and analytical techniques, including the use of liquid chromatography and radioactive formulation for various studies. Prior experience includes roles as a Formulation Scientist at Bell Laboratories, Inc., where Collin led the formulation of insecticides and rodenticides, and as a Formulation Scientist at Bend Research, focusing on thermal analysis of pharmaceutical formulations. Collin's early career involved research at Covance, emphasizing HPLC chromatography for vitamin detection. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Environmental Safety and Health from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, a Master of Science in Organic Chemistry from Colorado State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
