Megan Leroy

Megan LeRoy is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Manager of People Services and Culture at Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals since June 2025, Megan previously held the position of HR Business Partner at Tandem HR from May 2023 to June 2025. Prior experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager at One City Schools and Human Resources Director at Argent Companies from January 2018 to January 2022. Earlier in the career, Megan worked as Human Resources Manager and Staff Accountant at Anytime Fitness from November 2012 to December 2018. Megan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and an Associate's degree from Madison Area Technical College, both in Business Administration and Management.
