Chris Small

Chris Small has over 25 years of work experience. Chris began their career in 1994 as a Legislative Fellow at the National Guard Bureau, where they also served as a Legislative Liaison and Force Integrator. In 1997, they joined the US Army as a Legislative Liaison. Two years later, they moved to the National Guard Association of the United States as Legislative Director. In 2000, they became the CEO of Arrowpoint Corporation.

Chris Small attended Troy University from 1994 to 1996, where they earned a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree in Public Policy.
