Courtney Edens is a seasoned quality assurance professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as a Sr. Quality Assurance Manager at ArrowStream since December 2007, Courtney Edens oversees the hiring, onboarding, and mentoring of the QA team, while actively participating in product grooming meetings to provide valuable feedback on enhancements and integration solutions. Previously, as a QA Analyst at ArrowStream, Courtney Edens contributed to the establishment of key QA processes and worked with automated testing tools. Earlier experience includes a role as a QC Analyst at Allstate Northern Ireland from July 2005 to June 2007, where manual test scripts were developed and executed using Quality Center. Courtney Edens holds a BA(hons) in Humanities: History from Ulster University, obtained in 2005.
