Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at ARSA - Advanced Reconstructive Surgery Alliance since October 2024, Joe Han previously held the position of VP, People and Culture at Sollis Health from January 2021 to January 2024. Prior roles include Global HR Director, People Operations at Splice and Global Director, People at Anheuser-Busch InBev, showcasing expertise in global HR management. Joe Han also founded and led O Global Fashion, managing extensive operations and recruiting processes. With an educational foundation that includes a Master of Arts in Labor and Industrial Relations from Rutgers University, Joe Han is well-equipped with the skills and knowledge to drive organizational success.
