Dr. Kennedy is an Operating Partner for the healthcare team. Prior to joining Arsenal in 2022, he was a Managing Partner of Blue Ox Healthcare Partners, an investment firm focused on life sciences and medical technologies sectors. Previously, Dr. Kennedy was the Chief Population Health Officer of Healthagen, Aetna’s healthcare IT subsidiary, and CEO of Aetna’s Accountable Care Solutions division. Prior to Aetna, he served in executive leadership positions as the CEO of Anthem’s HealthCore subsidiary, Vice President of Health IT for Wellpoint, CEO of CareAssured, and Director of Strategic Informatics of Blue Shield of California. Previously, Dr. Kennedy was a practicing physician at Kaiser Permanent and other Northern Californian medical facilities for seven years.
