Sue Virgoe

Sue Virgoe is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Associate Director of HR, Culture and Organisational Development at Art Fund since May 2022, Sue has a strong background in people management from previous roles, including Director of People & Facilities at Prostate Cancer UK and Executive Director at St Mungo's. Previous experience also includes positions at Peabody Trust and the National Centre for Young People with Epilepsy. Alongside formal roles, Sue has enjoyed a planned career break to engage in volunteering and travel. With a designation as a Fellow Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD), Sue is currently open to interim and project-based assignments.
