Felicia Alberti has a solid culinary background, starting as a prep cook and eventually moving up to lead line cook and sous chef roles. Their experience includes working in various restaurants, including oro restaurant, Frank's Kitchen, and Kultura Restaurant & Lounge. Currently, Felicia holds the position of Manager Events Culinary Operations at the Art Gallery of Ontario, where Felicia has taken on roles such as Event Chef, Sous Chef Tournant, and 1st Cook.
