Nicole Foti

Nicole Foti is an experienced Talent Manager at the Art Gallery of Ontario, responsible for the organization-wide talent management strategy, including recruitment, employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion initiatives. With a progressive career at the AGO, Nicole has held various roles, from Talent Specialist to Administrator, gaining expertise in full-cycle recruitment, onboarding programs, policy creation, and promoting cross-departmental efficiencies. Prior experience includes positions at American Eagle Outfitters, Ombudsman for Banking Services and Investments, and Kronis, Rotsztain, Margles, Cappel LLP, alongside a solid educational background with an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto and a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Humber College.
