Previous positions include Associate Director of Technology Development and Transfer at Lantheus, and multiple roles at Invicro, including Associate Director and Senior Scientist in Chemistry, as well as Senior Radiochemist. Additionally, Vijay worked as a Radiochemist at Eckert & Ziegler Radiopharma GmbH and began a career as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at Boston Children's Hospital.
