Sarah Wilson is an experienced human resources professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Group Executive People and Performance at ARTC since February 2025, Sarah previously held significant positions at Built, including Director, People and Culture, and National Human Resources Manager. Prior to Built, Sarah was the Oceania HR Leader for Tax at Ernst & Young Australia and held HR roles at AGL, Agility, and Accenture, where responsibilities included developing HR policies, providing strategic HR expertise, and managing training programs. Sarah holds a Master of Commerce from UNSW and a Bachelor of Business in Human Resources Management from the University of Newcastle.
