Shehzad Ali

Shehzad Ali is a seasoned professional in Training, Development, and Talent Management, currently serving as a Senior Manager at Artech L.L.C. since October 2011. In this role, Shehzad leads the Learning Department, driving the successful implementation of learning strategies that align with operational and strategic objectives. Previous positions include Manager of Training & Development, where Shehzad established comprehensive learning programs, and Deputy Manager, where leadership was demonstrated by managing a team of trainers and designing a bespoke Learning Management System. Earlier experience at Sheffield International Venues involved overseeing HR functions, including recruiting and training, while engaging with various departments to meet organizational talent needs.
