LL.M International Banking & Finance Boston University School of Law, Morin Center for Banking Law Studies, Boston, U.S.A. Ph.D. in progress in Private International Law, University of Deusto. Fluent in English and Portuguese. He has been part of the Arteche Group since 2010 as Director of Legal Affairs, and previously developed his professional career in Cuatrecasas for more than 15 years as a partner since 2006 in the M&A area with special emphasis on international matters, having completed a one-year secondment in the M&A Department of Latham & Watkins in New York and directed the Sao Paulo office of Cuatrecasas for 2 years as Managing Partner.
