Luciano Cascardo

Luciano Cascardo is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in HR management and administration. Currently serving as the LATAM Human Resources Manager at Arteche since June 2015, Luciano has held various HR-related positions, including overseeing personnel management, recruitment, and advising on organizational policies. Prior to Arteche, Luciano worked at Afema S.A. as the Responsible for Human Resources, managing personnel administration and payroll, and at Estructuras Pretensa, handling payroll control and labor documentation. Luciano's career began at Supermercado Fabuloso S.R.L., where responsibilities included branch management and administrative tasks.
